Resonac

Resonac

Resonac

Vibration Damping Compound

Resonac is a vibration damping compound that effectively suppresses vibration-generated noise such as rain-impact noise. Untreated awnings, claddings and metal roofs can become very noisy when it rains. Applying a layer of Resonac on these metal surfaces will absorb the vibrational energy – and reduce noise significantly.

Resonac owes its excellent vibration damping qualities to the body particles (inorganic material fillers) it is made of.

Flexible to use

Simply spray a coat of Resonac onto the surface. Designed for spray, brush or trowel applications. Being water-based, you can clean it off easily with soap and water.

Meets stringent fire safety requirements

Resonac meets the Class ‘O’ Fire Propagation requirements over non-combustible substrates to the 1991 Building Regulations.

Applications:

Damping compound for awnings, claddings, metal roofs, ship hulls, floor decks
